• Artisan Roles: Artisan, Senior Artisan, Specialist Artisan, Master Artisan

• Management Roles: Foreman, Area Manager, Operations/Maintenance Manager
• Learning and Development Roles: Learning Practitioner, Principal Learning Practitioner, Learning Manager, Senior Learning Manager

Minimum Requirements

To apply for our learnerships, you must have a completed National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with a pass in the following subjects:

• Technical Mathematics/Mathematics (SG/HG)
• English/Business English (SG/HG)
• Technical/Physical Science (SG/HG)

Application Process

Meeting the minimum requirements allows you to apply for a learnership but does not guarantee automatic selection or an interview. The application process is as follows:

1. Discipline Selection: Apply for only one discipline.
2. Shortlisting: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
3. Psychometric Assessment: Candidates who pass the interview will undergo a psychometric assessment.
4. Checks and Verifications: This includes:
   • Medical fitness tests
   • Security clearance
   • Qualification verification
5. Final Approval: Based on all assessments and approval by the interview panel, successful candidates will be notified.
6. Regret Notification: Unsuccessful candidates will receive a regret notification.

Important Notes

• If you do not hear from our team within 60 days after the closing date, consider your application unsuccessful, and we invite you to apply again for the next intake.
